Kitchen
The Kitchen has just about everything you could want for a holiday home, from coffee maker to pop corn maker. Dishwasher, microwave, and fridge freezer. 

Bed rooms
Three large well appointed bedrooms, one bed room is on a mezzanine level and has uninterrupted views of the lake and mountains, it also has a comfortable sitting area to offer relaxation and privacy. The two lower floor bedrooms have a shower room outside each bedroom.

Alongside dining
There is a table in the court yard dining area, this is a safe area for children to play as it is fenced and secure.

Storage
There is abundant storage for clothes ski equipment, bikes etc.

TV/CD
A 46 inch Plasma TV along with a large assortment of DVD'S. CD player can accommodate memory cards and memory sticks. A digital photo frame can be used if you have a memory card/stick to view photos during your stay.

Sitting area
The lounge area overlooks spectacular views of Lake Wakatipu and Remarkable mountain range. Sit and relax, watch TV/VIDEO'S, on a cold winters day the cosy log burner will keep you toasty warm.

Heating
A log burning fire in the lounge offers cosy nights in along with a heat pump if just taking the morning chill away. The bedrooms all have independent heaters with timers for you to use as and when needed. Bathrooms have fan and towel rail heating.
